Payment & Refund Policy

At Encore Academy, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience for our students. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the start of the program. Any refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
   • The $100 costume fee is non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the request.

2. Refund Process:

   • To request a refund, please contact us at hello@encoreacademytsv.com with your full name, program details, and payment information.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Exceptions:

   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the program’s start date.
   • In special circumstances such as medical emergencies, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more details.
